The cool thing about power tools..
Power tools, so many uses...so little time...
Here we have a wet vac that doubles as a leaf blower. While it is pitiful at blowing leaves...IT CAN DO THIS....
the boys also appreciate the many uses you can get out of power tools, if used right....and safely of course.
Eggless Egg Hunt at the Church
So, we wanted to take the kids to the egghunt. Polly heard of a church nearby that was having such an event so we went to check it out.
..if your not gonna tell me where you hid them....it don't want to hold you anymore...

We never ended up staying for the Easter egg hunt. There were too many kids of the 8 to 13 year variety and not alot of supervision, except for the woman responsible for the animals. She was in drill sergant mode at all times.
Still, it was worth the trip.

Jonathan and Jacob have been to their share of birthday parties. However, it is never quite the same as when...it's your party. Man...had they been waiting for this. All the patience they had to endure watching other kids open up there piddly presents...having to act happy for them and what not when they got there new train...the unbelievable sticker set...the bubble factory machine....well, WAIT NO MORE BABY...today is OUR birthday party!! Mom and Dad kept promising it was going to happen and here it is. MINE...MINE...MINE..
..and what else do you have at birthdays besides about a hundred toys and fans cheering at you to open em as fast as you can.....CAKE, man.......CAKE!!!
So, while Jacob (left) is about to let loose a diatribe on the fact that there is NO cake on his table...Jonathan (right) knows deep down...that if he can maintain for just a few more seconds.....PAYDAY!
Everyone gets a turn blowing out out the candle.
Calen explains that it's important to "dig deep" in order to get maximum throughput on the candle extinguishment, while Jacob sits in sheer amazement at how worldly his cousin is.
...Jonathan wonders where he went wrong..and decides it was probably related to his diaphram.
I have objects growing out of my sides..no..seriously look!

Little Gym
I believe the correct name for this outfit should be "Little Gym-Big Price!" For a meager 500 dollars you too can become a little-gym member at 10 sessions for 45 minites per. CRIPES!
In the interest of teaching the boys some structure in preparation for pre-school we entolled them into the campus of foam and padding. They ...LOVED it.
